Estimating your Lean Protein needs is easy. Simply find your BMI on the correct chart (male or female) and then go to the row where your height is. This number is your grams of lean protein and directs you to your corresponding Herbalife Plan: A, B, C or D. If you have any questions, be sure to contact your assigned weight loss coach.
